The price is fixed by screen size, includes VAT and covers both concrete and gypsum walls, so there is no surprise charge when the technician arrives.

Most Dubai apartment walls are concrete block, which holds a bracket securely with the right masonry anchors but needs a hammer drill and dust control. Newer towers and many villa partitions use gypsum drywall, which cannot hold a heavy TV on standard plugs. Our technician checks the wall before drilling, locates studs or uses toggle and cavity anchors rated for the TV’s weight, and will tell you if a wall genuinely cannot take the load.
If you are a tenant, we keep drilling to the bracket holes only, so patching at move-out is quick. Our wall touch-up and painting service can fill and paint the holes when you leave.

A 65 inch TV wall mount carries 20–30 kg and an 85-inch screen can exceed 45 kg, so anchor choice and bracket rating matter. For TVs above 75 inches we send two technicians, use heavy-duty masonry anchors or a timber backing board on gypsum, and check that the bracket is level across its full width before the TV goes on. Large-screen jobs are priced as a single fixed fee with no extra labour charge.
Balcony, terrace and garden TVs in Dubai need a bracket rated for outdoor use and anchors that will not corrode in humidity and coastal air. We mount outdoor TVs on block walls, pergola posts and timber frames, position them out of direct afternoon sun where possible and route cables to the nearest sheltered socket. Message us with a photo of the location for a quote.
Not included: the bracket itself (available at cost), in-wall concealed wiring, new HDMI or power points, and media-wall carpentry. We can quote these when you book.

Care N Clean charges AED 142 for TVs up to 55 inches, AED 190 for 56–75 inches and AED 237 for larger screens, VAT included, on concrete or gypsum walls.
Yes. We locate studs or use cavity anchors rated for the TV’s weight, and add a backing board for very large screens. If a wall cannot safely carry the TV, we will tell you before drilling.

Standard service includes a tidy surface run in clips or trunking. In-wall concealment and new sockets are quoted separately.
