Bed bugs travel in luggage, second-hand furniture and shared accommodation, and Dubai has all three in volume: millions of hotel and holiday-home guests a year, a busy second-hand furniture market, and high-occupancy staff housing. Indoor temperatures of 24°C to 30°C keep the bed bug life cycle short all year, with eggs hatching in about a week and a new generation every four to five weeks. A single infestation left for two months can spread from one bed to every soft furnishing in a flat. Because pest control is a regulated trade in Dubai, treatment must be done by a licensed contractor with Dubai Municipality-approved pesticides; DIY sprays from the supermarket scatter the bugs and make professional treatment harder.
Pest Control
Professional bed bug treatment in Dubai to remove infestations from bedrooms, living areas, mattresses, bed frames, and upholstery.
Laundry of bedding and clothing (we tell you what to wash and at what temperature) and mattress replacement. Mattress encasements can be supplied on request.
One bed bug review can take a holiday home or hotel room off the market for weeks. We offer priority turnaround for DET-permitted holiday homes and hotel apartments, treatment between guest stays with a clearance note for the owner, and scheduled inspections for property managers with multiple units. For labour and staff accommodation we treat by room or by block with a report for the facilities manager.

AED 332 for a studio, AED 428 for a 1-bedroom, AED 523 for a 2-bedroom and AED 618 for a 3-bedroom, VAT included, covering two visits and a 60-day warranty. Villas and commercial premises are quoted on request.
A professionally applied residual insecticide, reaching every harbourage point, followed by a second visit 10 to 14 days later to kill newly hatched nymphs. Heat or steam is added for mattresses and items that cannot be sprayed. One-visit treatments and DIY sprays fail because they do not kill eggs.
We use steam and heat on mattresses, bed frames and upholstery where it is the safer or more effective option, as part of the standard two-visit treatment.
We use Dubai Municipality-approved products at label rates. Leave the property for three to four hours after each visit, ventilate on return, and keep pets off treated furniture until dry.
Usually not. Mattresses and bed frames are treated in place, and a mattress encasement keeps any survivors sealed in until they die. Replace a mattress only if it is torn or heavily stained.
Activity drops sharply within days of the first visit. You may still see the odd bug before the second visit, which is normal and expected. After the second visit the 60-day warranty covers any return.
No, which is why two visits are included. Eggs laid before the first visit hatch over the following one to two weeks; the second visit deals with them.
Only if they are reintroduced, usually through luggage, second-hand furniture or an untreated neighbouring unit. Check hotel beds when you travel, inspect used furniture before it comes in, and tell your building management if neighbours have an issue.
Yes. We treat between guest stays, provide a clearance note for the owner or manager, and offer scheduled inspections for multi-unit portfolios.
