Most Dubai villa pools need a weekly visit year-round and benefit from a second visit in peak summer when bather load and evaporation are highest. Our monthly maintenance plan gives you a fixed weekly visit with everything listed above, the same technician each week where possible, and a test report sent to your phone after every visit. Twice-weekly summer plans and chiller and heater checks can be added; message us for a tailored plan.
Book a single deep pool cleaning before a party, after a sandstorm, when a tenancy changes or when a pool has been neglected for a few weeks. We skim, brush, vacuum, backwash, test and balance in one visit so the pool is swim-ready. Green or cloudy pools may need an additional shock treatment or a second visit, which we confirm before starting.
When scale, stains or algae will not brush off, or the water has reached very high total dissolved solids after years of top-ups, the pool needs to be drained and acid-washed. Our pool emptying service pumps the pool down safely, acid-washes tiles and grout to remove calcium scale and staining, flushes the surface, inspects fittings and lights, and refills the pool and rebalances the water. Priced at AED 856 plus water cost; most villa pools are completed in two days.
Above-ground and inflatable pools on Dubai terraces and gardens turn green within days in summer because they hold less water and have smaller filters. We offer above ground pool cleaning as a one-time visit or a weekly plan: debris removal, liner brushing, vacuuming, filter cartridge cleaning, water testing and balancing.
