Our Airbnb cleaning service helps property owners and managers prepare apartments, villas and other short term rental properties for their next guests. We provide a standard clean between bookings, change owner-supplied linens and towels, make the beds, check restocking needs and remove rubbish.

How much does Airbnb cleaning cost in Dubai?
With Care N Clean, a turnover clean costs AED 200 for a studio, AED 270 for a 1-bedroom, AED 350 for a 2-bedroom and AED 400 for a 3-bedroom, VAT included. Villas and 4+ bedroom units are quoted on request. The price covers the full clean, linen change, bed-making, restock check, rubbish removal and photo report.
How fast can you turn over my unit between guests?
A studio or 1-bedroom is usually guest-ready in 2 to 3 hours; a 2 or 3-bedroom in 3 to 4 hours. Tell us your checkout and check-in times and we schedule the team to fit the window.
Do you provide or wash the linen?
We change owner-supplied linen and towels and make the beds. Linen supply and laundry are not included in the turnover price, so most hosts keep two or three sets per bed on site. Ask us if you need a laundry arrangement for your units.
What is the difference between Airbnb turnover cleaning and deep cleaning?
Turnover cleaning is the standard reset between every guest. Deep cleaning is a periodic, more intensive service covering grout, inside appliances, upholstery and high-level dusting. We recommend a deep clean every 8 to 12 turnovers or after a long stay.
Do you offer daily cleaning for guests on longer stays?
Yes. For mid-stay housekeeping on weekly or monthly bookings, book our hourly home cleaning service for the days you need; it uses the same vetted staff.
Do you work with holiday home management companies?
Yes. We handle multi-unit portfolios with a single point of contact, shared calendars and consolidated monthly invoicing. Ask for portfolio pricing on WhatsApp.
How do you access the property if I am not in Dubai?
Lockbox, smart lock code, building reception key release or handover from your property manager. Access details are stored securely against your booking.
What if a guest says something was missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we return to re-clean the affected area at no cost. Every turnover also comes with a photo report so you can check the unit before the guest arrives.
Which cleaning products do you use?
Hospitality-grade products suitable for the surfaces in most Dubai apartments, including marble and glass. If your unit needs specific products (for example, for natural stone), tell us at booking.
